We aim to dispatch your order with 1 working day of placing an order with us.
* If you select First Class "Not Recorded", we accept no responsibility for lost parcels. It is only suitable for low value items, the limit for this service is total products costing less that £5. This service will not appear if the total product value is greater.
If the parcel is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery a signature will be required.
If no one is in to sign for the parcel, the Postman will leave a card and you will have to collect it from the local Royal Mail collection point within 5 days. If it is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to sender.
Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by Parcel Force.
The basket will calculate the additional postage for you. The full list of postcodes affected are below.
Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.
Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm.

PA codes 20 to 49, 60 to 78 (Postage as above plus £6)

- All HS codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- KA codes 27 and 28 (Postage as above plus £6)
- All ZE codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- All BT codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- All IM codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- TRcodes 21 to 25 (Postage as above plus £10)
- All GY and JE codes would go Parcel Force Euro 48hr at £17.75.
All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges.
The additional charges above only relate to parcels sent by Parcel Force.
Royal Mail parcels are not affected and do not incur additional charges.
International customers should contact the store owner before placing an order for a shipping quote. Free shipping on orders over £50 is only available to UK customers shipping to a UK address.
